Rates & Insurance

We currently accept and are in-network for Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, Kaiser Permanente, and Maryland Medicaid plans. We also accept original Medicare plans, and Medicare Advantage plans through Optum, UHC, and Kaiser Permanente. We are out-of-network with all other insurance plans at this time, but we can provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement upon request. 

We accept all major debit card/credit card for payments, and there will be no additonal service fee when using these forms of payment.
